Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to any designs, files, or content you submit to us ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Our Content

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Release3D and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Orders and Payment

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, complexity, and project requirements.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon acceptance of quote unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment methods
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.

Quality and Warranties

Quality Assurance

We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your specifications. All parts undergo quality inspection before delivery.

Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Parts found to be defective due to our manufacturing process will be reprinted at no charge.

Limitations

We are not liable for defects resulting from design flaws, improper use, or modifications made after delivery. Our liability is limited to the cost of reprinting the affected parts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Release3D shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Damages arising from third-party claims

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your designs and project information. We will not disclose Your Content to third parties without your permission, except as required by law or necessary to provide our services.

If you require additional confidentiality protection, we can arrange for a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
